Choosing to still my mind and body and opening my heart and soul to the Divine, I find peace, I find wholeness, and I am renewed and restored. The purpose of life is found in bringing this embodiment of Spirit in and through all activities. As Brother Lawrence in the 1600's so aptly stated, “There is not in this life a kind of life more sweet and delightful than that of a continual walk with God. Those only can comprehend it who practice and experience it.”
