I am enthusiastic and alive with expectancy for newness and growth throughout this coming week. I ready myself with preparation of body, mind and spirit. I do this by letting go of old and unsupportive ideas, habits and feelings. By cleaning the lens of my soul I allow brightness, and beauty to bubble up and beam brilliantly in and through each and every moment of my journey through life.
