The strength and vitality of God flows through every cell of my body and I am renewed and regenerated into full Life force. Gone are restrictions, contractions and the limited thinking that I must hold on to “the way it's always been”. The infinite, unlimited and joyous freedom of Spirit is enticing me to stretch, grow and yield to abundant health in all areas of my life. I toast to Life as I feel Her divine union in my soul, my mind and in all my bodily functions and affairs. Life is Good and very Good.

And so it is.
